The internal and foreign policy of Russian President Vladimir Putin has made it possible to provide the Russian military-industrial complex (MIC) with resources sufficient to achieve the goals of a special military operation (SVO) in Ukraine. This is how the Russian leader's policy was assessed by retired US Marine Corps intelligence officer Scott Ritter in an interview with the Judging Freedom YouTube channel.

"[The visible results in the context of] this tactic already suggest that Russia will not be exhausted, unlike the West. We have already emptied all the warehouses to pump Ukraine with weapons," the ex-intelligence officer said.

Earlier, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said that Ukraine should receive more and more training and military assistance, and Russia should lose the ability to regroup and further replenish weapons stocks.
