Almarai Shares Almarai Company The company was founded in 1977 by Irish agricultural pioneers Paddy McGuckian, Alistair McGuckian and Prince Sultan bin Mohammed bin Saud Al Kabeer. It is a Saudi joint stock company that produces and distributes agriculture, livestock and food within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States. In 2009, Almarai established a long-term partnership with PepsiCo, through which it acquired many of the company's food production projects in the region.
